1. Product Description

SCQ Tech S110 is a special salt inhibitor developed for the working condition of high salt wastewater spraying back to the emergency cooling tower in hazardous waste incineration treatment. It prevents the formation of hard salt scale layer on the inner wall of the emergency cooling tower by inhibiting the aggregation and deposition of inorganic salt crystals, such as sulfate and silicate, so as to prolong the operation cycle of the equipment and reduce the maintenance cost. The formula is based on polycarboxylic acid and tree macromolecule dispersant as the core, suitable for high temperature (≤250℃) flue gas environment, applicable to the emergency cooling treatment of hazardous waste water containing heavy metals and high hardness salt.

4.Usage and Dosage

Dosing point:

Set up dosing device in the waste pipe at the front end of the emergency cooling tower, and continuously spray in with the high-salt wastewater synchronization;

Ensure that the agent is fully mixed with the wastewater (recommended static mixer or mechanical mixing).

Dosing control:

Real-time adjustment according to the salt concentration of wastewater, monitoring the change of differential pressure of the emergency cooling tower (target differential pressure increase ≤ 15%);

Typical dosing ratio: 10-20 g/ton of wastewater per 1% salt concentration.

5.Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel and wear safety protection equipment correctly, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc. Avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc. If contacted inadvertently, you need to wash immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water.
