1. Product Description

SCQ Tech S299 is a special scale inhibitor developed for multi-effect evaporation system (MED) and MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) process in high salt wastewater treatment in the field of solid waste, through the integration of chelating, dispersing and lattice distortion, it can inhibit the deposition of insoluble salts, such as calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, and silicate, to prolong the operating cycle of the evaporator and to reduce the frequency of fouling cleaning. Its formula takes dendritic polymer as the core, suitable for high temperature (≤120℃) working conditions, applicable to the evaporation and concentration of heavy metal waste liquid, electroplating wastewater, pickling wastewater and other solid waste treatment scenarios.

3.Usage and Dosage

Dosing method:

Continuous dosing in the pretreatment section of the evaporation system, preferably at the station after preheating of raw material liquid (to avoid high temperature decomposition);

It is recommended to be used in combination with dispersing agent (e.g. polyacrylic acid), to enhance dispersion of colloidal suspended matter. Dynamic adjustment

Dynamic adjustment:

According to the hardness of feed water (Ca²⁺, SO₄²-concentration) real-time adjustment of the dosage, the target to maintain the system LSI (scaling tendency index) ≤ 1.5;

Regularly monitor the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator, if the differential pressure rises > 15% need to start online cleaning program. Cleaning program should be activated online if the pressure difference rises >15%.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

In the operation of the barrel should be carefully read the notes labeled, correctly wear safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., should be avoided with the skin, eyes, etc., such as contact, if accidental contact, you need to immediately use a large amount of flowing clean water to wash.
