SCQ Tech S826 is an acidic cleaning agent designed for high salt and heavy metal contaminated equipment in the field of solid waste treatment. Through the synergistic effect of organic nitrogenous compounds and highly efficient dispersants, it can quickly dissolve inorganic salt scaling and organic residues, and is suitable for chemical cleaning of hazardous waste incineration systems, pyrolysis reactors, etc. It can deal with the surface fouling of carbon steel, stainless steel and other metal materials to effectively alleviate the corrosion and extend the service life of the equipment. It can effectively relieve the corrosion of the equipment and prolong the service life.

4.Usage and Dosage

Pre-treatment operation:

Before cleaning, it is necessary to empty the residual waste liquid in the equipment, and mechanically remove the large adherents;

According to the severity of dirt, the cleaning agent is diluted to 3%-5% concentration, and circulating pumps into the cleaning system.

Dynamic monitoring:

Real-time monitoring of the pH value and conductivity of the cleaning solution to control the end point of the reaction (pH back to a stable value);

Cleaning cycle is usually 4-8 hours, stubborn dirt can be extended to 12 hours.

5.Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

In the operation of the barrel should be carefully read the notes labeled, correctly wear safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., should avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., such as accidental contact, you need to immediately use a large amount of flowing clean water to wash.
