1. Product Description

SCQ Tech S827 is an alkaline cleaner developed for the equipment in the field of solid waste treatment with high salt, oil and heavy metal pollution. Through the synergistic effect of strong alkaline components and chelating dispersants, it can efficiently remove inorganic salt scaling and organic grease residues, and is suitable for the chemical cleaning of hazardous waste incineration systems, pyrolysis reactors, conveying pipelines and other equipment, and can deal with the surface of carbon and stainless steel, etc., with persistent dirt, and simultaneously Inhibit equipment corrosion.

The product can be customized with different specifications and parameters according to user's requirements for packaging, labeling and logistics services.

4.Usage and Dosage

Cleaning process:

Circulation cleaning: 4-8 hours after dilution through the pumping system, extended to 12 hours when the dirt is serious;

Immersion cleaning: static immersion stubborn dirt (≥ 24 hours), with mechanical brushing to enhance efficiency.

Dynamic monitoring:

Real-time detection of conductivity and PH value of the cleaning solution,PH drop > 1.0 when the need to supplement the cleaning agent;

End point determination: visual inspection of the surface of the equipment without residual dirt, or the turbidity of the cleaning solution is stable ≤ 10 NTU.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

In the operation of the barrel should be carefully read the notes labeled, the correct wear of safety equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., should avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., such as inadvertent contact, need to be immediately washed with a large amount of flowing clean water.
