1.Product Description

SCQ Tech U108 biocide for ultrafiltration system is a non-oxidizing biocide designed for microbial contamination of ultrafiltration (UF) membrane system. It inhibits the formation of biofilm by destroying the structure and metabolic function of microbial cell membranes, reduces the risk of membrane clogging, and extends the service life of membrane modules, and it is suitable for the high hygiene standard scenarios such as industrial pure water preparation, food and pharmaceutical separation, and so on. It is suitable for industrial pure water preparation, food and pharmaceutical separation and other high hygienic standard scenarios.

3.Customized service

The product can be provided with different specifications, parameters of customized packaging, labeling, logistics services according to user requirements.

4. Usage and Dosage

Impact cleaning (downtime maintenance or serious contamination):

200-400 ppm solution, cycle rinse 45-60 minutes, adjust the pH to 6.5-7.5 to enhance the activity. Adjust pH to 6.5 -7.5 to enhance activity;

For heavy contamination, increase concentration to 500-800 ppm and treat in stages with alkaline detergent.

Continuous protection:

is dosed at 10-30 ppm into the influent via a metering pump 1-2 times per week for 30 minutes. High microbial load scenarios suggest alternating with oxidizing biocides.

5.Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel, wear correct safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., and avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., and if accidentally contacted, you need to immediately wash with a large amount of flowing clean water.
