1.Product Description

SCQ Tech U288 Scale inhibitor for ultrafiltration system is a composite scale inhibitor designed for ultrafiltration (UF) and nanofiltration (NF) membrane system, which can inhibit the crystallization and deposition of inorganic salts, such as calcium, magnesium, and silicate, to effectively slow down the decay of the membrane flux and reduce the frequency of chemical cleaning, and it is suitable for the scenarios of water reuse in the industry, and the pretreatment of seawater desalination.

4.Usage and Dosage

Shock dosage (when the system starts up or when the pollution is serious):

Add 50-100 mg/L according to the flow rate of feed water, and discharge it after 2-4 hours of cyclic rinsing;

Adjust the pH of feed water to 6.5-7.5 in order to increase the pH of feed water to 6.5-7.5. 6.5-7.5 to enhance the dispersing effect.

Continuous operation:

Inject 5-15 mg/L by metering pump into the influent side to maintain the LSI index ≤2.8;

High hardness (>300 mg/L CaCO₃) or high COD (>100 mg/L) conditions can be increased to 15-25 mg/L. -25 mg/L.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel, wear correct safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., and avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., and if accidentally contacted, immediately wash with large amounts of flowing clean water.
