1. Product Description

SCQ Tech U816 is an acid cleaner designed for the deposition of inorganic salt scale (such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate) and metal oxides on the surface of ultrafiltration (UF) membranes. It restores membrane flux and reduces the differential pressure of the system through solubilization and chelating, and it is suitable for the cleaning of membrane contamination in high-hardness influent water or after long-term operation.

4.Usage and Dosage

Routine cleaning:

Diluted at 1%-3% concentration (recommended EDI water or RO water preparation), adjust the pH of the cleaning solution to 2.0-3.0;

Cyclic rinse 0.5-1 hour The temperature is controlled at 30-35 ℃ to enhance the efficiency of the reaction;

Heavy pollution can be extended to 2 hours, or section of the "acid wash + water rinse + alkaline wash Heavy pollution can be extended to 2 hours, or the combination of “acid washing + water rinsing + alkali washing” is used in stages.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

In the operation of the barrel should be carefully read the notes labeled, correctly wear safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., should be avoided with the skin, eyes, etc., such as accidental contact, need to be immediately washed with a large amount of flowing clean water.
