1. Product Description

SCQ Tech F816B is an alkaline scale inhibitor designed for reverse osmosis (RO) membrane systems. It inhibits the deposition of inorganic salts, such as calcium sulfate and silicate, on the membrane surface through chelation and dispersion, crystal lattice distortion, and electrostatic repulsion, and it is suitable for high silica and high TDS water conditions, significantly reducing the risk of membrane contamination and extending the cleaning cycle. Its alkaline formula can synergistically deal with heavy metal ions (such as Fe³⁺, Al³⁺) and suspended solids pollution, suitable for industrial wastewater reuse, seawater desalination and other scenarios of the membrane treatment system.

4.Usage and Dosage

Continuously add to the reverse osmosis pretreatment section through the metering pump to ensure full mixing with the feed water; The initial dosage is recommended to be 4-6 ppm, which can be dynamically adjusted according to the water quality test report (focusing on the concentration of silicon and iron ions).

5.Packaging and Storage 

Packing specification: 25kg high-density polyethylene drums (acid-resistant corrosion-resistant liner); 

Storage conditions: stored in a ventilated environment at 5-35℃ away from light, away from alkaline substances, with a shelf life of 12 months;

6.Safety Protection 

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel and properly wear safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., and avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., and if contacted inadvertently, wash immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water.
