1.Product Description 

SCQ Tech F817 Drinking Water Scale Inhibitor is a special chemical treatment agent for drinking water, food-grade raw materials, obtaining national water-related health license approval, in line with the requirements of the “Code of Hygiene and Safety Evaluation of Chemical Treatment Agents for Drinking Water”; 

Application industries: water plants, pure water plants, food factories, pharmaceutical factories, wineries, beverage factories, breeding farms; 

In a very wide range of concentrations to effectively control inorganic scale. Effective control of inorganic scaling in a wide range of concentrations, without the addition of acid under the conditions of the LSI allowable value of ≤ 3.0; 

Food-grade scale inhibitor SCQ Tech F817 can be used for reverse osmosis membranes, nanofiltration membranes and ultrafiltration membranes; 

Good solubility and stability.

4.Usage and Dosage 

Dosing concentration 

General range: 3-8ppm (i.e., 3-8 grams per ton of water) 

High hardness water quality: can be upgraded to 5-8ppm 

Operation specification 

Dosing point: injected in front of the security filter 

Dilution requirements: Diluted with RO water, multiples ≤ 10

5.Packaging and Storage 

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety and Protection 

In the operation of the barrel should be carefully read the notes labeled, correctly wear safety and protective equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., should be avoided with the skin, eyes, etc., such as contact, if accidentally contacted, need to be immediately washed with a large amount of flowing clean water.
