1.Product Description

Mechanism of action: acidic chemicals as the basic components, through the release of [H+] quickly reduce the pH value of the water, neutralize alkaline substances, with buffers and stabilizers to maintain the durability of the effect of pH regulation, applicable to the circulating water system acidity control and anti-scaling needs.

Application Scenario:

PH dynamic regulation of industrial circulating water system to avoid alkaline scaling and equipment corrosion;

Reverse osmosis membrane feed water pretreatment, reduce total alkalinity and hardness, improve water yield;

Acid-base neutralization in sewage treatment, optimize biochemical treatment conditions.

2.Specifications and Parameters

Appearance and properties: colorless to light yellow transparent liquid, no suspended matter and irritating odor.

Density (20℃): ≥1.01g/cm³.

4.Usage and Dosage

Regular regulation:

Continuous dosage: 0.1-0.5 kg/m³ according to the water volume of the system, and the dosage is controlled dynamically by pH on-line monitor;

Impact dosage: For the high alkalinity water quality (such as total alkalinity ≥200mg/L), dosage is 0.5-1.0 kg/m³, and the dosage is 0.5-1.0 kg/m³, and the dosage is 0.5-1.0 kg/m³ at one time. 1.0 kg/m³, cycle for 2-4 hours.

Synergistic application:

Used with scale inhibitor (e.g. KG505) to strengthen the anti-scaling effect;

Dosed after cleaning to quickly restore the pH of the system to a stable range (6.5-7.5 is recommended).

Operation points:

Before dosing, it is necessary to determine the optimal dosage in a small test to avoid over dosage leading to acid corrosion of the equipment;

Preferred dosage point is the area of rapid water flow (such as in front of the pump or inlet of the mixer).

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

Read the precautions labeled on the barrel and wear safety protection equipment correctly, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contacted inadvertently, wash immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water.
