1. Product Description

Through the metal pre-film agent, surfactants and other components in the metal surface quickly form a dense chelate protective film, isolate the corrosive medium and balance the material potential, inhibit electrochemical corrosion and corrosion under the scale.

It is suitable for industrial circulating water system, central air-conditioning pipeline, heat exchanger equipment and other new installations after commissioning or maintenance of the pre-film treatment, compatible with carbon steel, copper alloy and stainless steel materials.

3.Customized service

The product can be provided with different specifications and parameters of customized packaging, label and logistics services according to user requirements.

4.Usage and Dosage

Conventional pre-film: Impact dosing 200-500mg/L (according to the system water volume), sewage and water exchange after 48-72 hours of circulation; the thermal environment can be shortened to 24-48 hours.

Co-treatment: Use with phosphate-free detergent (e.g. KURITA NT4510) to enhance the removal of residual scale and rust and subsequent film formation.

Maintenance advice: after the pre-film regularly add corrosion and scale inhibitor to maintain the protective film, recommended corrosion inhibition rate of ≤ 0.125mm / year, scale inhibition rate of ≥ 90%.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

In the operation of the barrel should be carefully read the notes marked, correctly wear safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., should avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., such as accidental contact, need to be immediately washed with a large amount of flowing clean water.
