1.Product Description

Mechanism of action: by releasing [OH-] to rapidly raise the pH value of water, neutralize acidic substances and stabilize water quality, while adding buffers to maintain long-term pH stability, preventing alkaline fluctuations on the erosion of equipment.

Application Scenario:

PH dynamic control of industrial circulating water system, to prevent acidic corrosion and microbial growth;

Reverse osmosis membrane pretreatment, adjust the pH value of feed water to the appropriate range, to extend the life of the membrane;

Neutralization of acid and alkali in wastewater treatment, to optimize the biochemical reaction conditions.

4.Usage and Dosage

Regular adjustment:

Continuous dosage: dosage 0.05-0.3 kg/m³ according to the water quantity of the system, dynamically adjusted with the on-line pH monitor;

Impact dosage: dosage 0.5-1.0 kg/m³ at one time for the low pH water quality (e.g., pH ≤ 5.0), adjusted after cycling for 1-2 hours. Shock dosage: for low pH water quality (e.g. pH≤5.0), one-time dosage of 0.5-1.0 kg/m³, testing and adjustment after 1-2 hours of circulation.

Synergistic application:

It can be used together with corrosion and scale inhibitor to enhance the stability of water quality;

Added after system cleaning to restore pH to neutral or weak alkaline zone.

Operation points:

Small test is needed to determine the best dosage before dosing to avoid excessive alkaline scaling;

Priority through the metering pump in the pipeline mixing section to ensure uniform dispersion.

5.Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool and ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel, wear correct safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., and avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., and if accidentally contacted, immediately wash with a large amount of flowing clean water.
