1. Product Description

SCQ Tech FDG900 desulfurization defoamer is a polyether modified organosilicon composite defoamer, which is specially used in wet desulfurization system (such as desulfurization tower, flue gas absorption tower), eliminating the foam quickly by reducing the surface tension of the slurry, inhibiting the foam layer generated by gas-liquid mixing, dust entrainment and chemical reaction, and avoiding the problems of false high level, overflowing of the slurry and the decline of desulfurization efficiency. It is suitable for high salt and high temperature desulfurization environment, compatible with gypsum slurry and sulfur wastewater system.

The product can be provided with different specifications, parameters of customized packaging, labeling, logistics services according to user requirements.

4.Usage and Dosage

Initial dosage:

Calculated according to the total amount of slurry in the system, dilute to 5%-10% solution, continuously inject 20-50 ppm through metering pump;

can be short-term upgrade to 50-100 ppm for serious foam condition. In case of severe foam condition, the dosage can be increased to 50-100 ppm for a short period of time.

Maintenance Dosing:

Periodic replenishment of 10-20 ppm, or batch dosing every 5-7 days depending on the frequency of foam generation;

recommends that the dosing strategy be adjusted in conjunction with the pH of the slurry (controlled in the 5.0-6.0 range). It is recommended to adjust the dosing strategy with the pH value of slurry (controlled in the range of 5.0-6.0).

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel and properly wear safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contacted inadvertently, wash immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water.
