1. Product Description

FDG-TMT-15 Organic Sulfur is a kind of high efficient heavy metal trapping agent, with triazine compounds as the core components, designed for heavy metal-containing wastewater (e.g. electroplating wastewater, desulfurization wastewater), and through chelation reaction to rapidly precipitate heavy metal ions such as Hg²⁺, Cd²⁺, Cu²⁺, Pb² Cd²⁺, Cu²⁺, Pb²⁺ and other heavy metal ions, and generate stable insoluble sulfide complexes. It is suitable for high salt and high pH range environment, widely used in electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries for wastewater treatment.

4.Usage and Dosage

Pre-treatment dosage (high concentration wastewater):

Calculate the dosage according to 10-100 ppm (10-100g per ton of water), directly add to the reaction tank, stir for 15-30 minutes. Adjust pH to 7.0-9.0 to optimize precipitation generation efficiency.

Continuous treatment:

Continuously injected into the wastewater treatment system by metering pump at 5-20 ppm, combined with flocculants (e.g. PAC, PAM) to enhance the solid-liquid separation effect.

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25℃) in a cool and ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel, wear correct safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., and avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., and if contacted inadvertently, wash immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water.
