1.Product Description

SCQ Tech FDG267 Scale Inhibitor for FGD is a highly efficient scale inhibitor developed for FGD system (e.g. FGD tower, flue gas wet FGD device), which can inhibit the deposition of hard scale such as calcium sulphate, calcium carbonate and other hard scale on the inner wall of the equipment by chelating the calcium and magnesium ions and dispersing the suspended matter, and it is suitable for the environment with high salt, high temperature and high corrosive working condition. The formula contains organic carboxylates and scale inhibitors and dispersants, and also has the function of corrosion inhibition, suitable for carbon steel, alloy and other materials.

Appearance : Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid

Density (20℃): ≥1.05 g/cm³.

3.Customized service

This product can provide different specifications and parameters according to user requirements, customized packaging, labeling, logistics services.

4.Usage and Dosage

Add 50-100 mg/L according to the water volume of the system, and discharge it after 12-24 hours of cyclic cleaning;

Refill the water after rinsing, add 10-20 mg/L. After rinsing and refilling, add 10-20 mg/L for pre-film protection.

5.Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored in a cool and ventilated place indoors (25℃), with a storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel and properly wear safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contacted inadvertently, wash immediately with large amounts of flowing clean water.
