1. Product Description

SCQ Tech U777 is a special flocculant developed for the pre-treatment of ultrafiltration (UF) system feed water. It can rapidly remove suspended solids, colloids and some soluble organic matter in water through electro-neutralization and adsorption bridging, reduce the risk of fouling of ultrafiltration membrane and increase the flux of produced water, and it is suitable for the pre-treatment of complex feed water scenarios such as high-turbidity surface water, industrial wastewater and so on.

4. Usage and Dosage

Preparation method

Step dilution method: first formulate into 0.1%-0.5% mother liquor with pure water, and then dilute to the working concentration as required;

Dissolving water temperature is recommended to be 20-30 ℃, to avoid high temperature (>40 ℃) leading to molecular chain failure. Avoid high temperature (>40℃), which will lead to molecular chain breakage and failure.

Dosing process

in the ultrafiltration system pretreatment section (such as multi-media filter before) set up dosing points, through the metering pump continuous dosing;

dynamic adjustment of the dosage: according to the turbidity of the water in real-time adjustment, the target water SDI ≤ 3.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

In the operation of the barrel should be carefully read the notes labeled, the correct wear of safety equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., should avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., such as accidental contact, you need to immediately use a large amount of flowing clean water to wash.
