1. Product Description

SCQ Tech N287 is a highly efficient scale inhibitor for nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) membranes, which inhibits the deposition of inorganic salts such as calcium, magnesium, and silicate on the membrane surface to ensure the stability of the system flux and prolong the service life of the membrane. The formula contains organic carboxylic acid polymer and dispersant, which is suitable for high salt and high hardness water inlet conditions, applicable to industrial pure water preparation, water reuse and other high-precision separation scenarios.

3.Customized service

The product can be customized with different specifications and parameters for packaging, labeling and logistics services according to user requirements.

4.Usage and Dosage

Pre-treatment dosage (new system or long-term shutdown restart):

Add 50-80 mg/L according to the volume of the system and discharge after 6-12 hours of cyclic operation;

Add 5-10 mg/L after pre-film to maintain the protective effect.

Continuous operation:

Inject 3-8 mg/L into the water intake pipe through online metering pump to maintain stable concentration;

If the hardness of the water intake＞500 mg/L (in terms of CaCO₃), it is recommended to upgrade to 8-15 mg/L.

5. Packing and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drum, stored in indoor (25℃) cool and ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should read the precautions labeled on the barrel and wear safety protection equipment correctly, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contacted inadvertently, wash immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water.
