1. Product Description

SCQ Tech N109 nanofiltration biocide is a highly effective non-oxidizing biocide developed for microbial contamination of nanofiltration membranes (NF) and supporting pipelines. It inhibits biofilm formation by destroying the microbial cell membrane structure and metabolic activity, ensuring the stability of system flux and reducing the risk of membrane contamination. It is suitable for high salt and high organic matter feed water conditions, widely used in industrial pure water preparation, food and pharmaceutical separation and concentration and other scenarios.

3.Customized service

The product can be customized with different specifications and parameters according to user's requirements for packaging, labeling and logistics services.

4.Usage and Dosage

Shock dosage (cyclic cleaning):

Prepare 200-400 ppm solution after stopping, rinse for 45-60 minutes, adjust pH to 6.0-7.5 to optimize the bactericidal activity. 7.5 to optimize the bactericidal activity;

serious biological pollution can be raised to 500-800 ppm, with alkaline detergent step-by-step treatment.

Continuous maintenance:

Injected into the influent side at 10-30 ppm by metering pump, 1-2 times per week for 30 minutes. High organic matter (COD>50 mg/L) working conditions are recommended to alternate with oxidizing biocides.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel, wear correct safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., and avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., and if accidentally contacted, you need to immediately wash with a large amount of flowing clean water.
