1. Product Description

Acidic formulation ,low PH liquid formulation designed to remove inorganic scale such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and metal oxides. Suitable for use in aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) membrane systems.

Highly efficient cleaning capability,dissolves stubborn inorganic deposits and is compatible with composite membrane materials to avoid membrane damage. Synergistic cleaning effect on biofilm and mixed organic-inorganic contamination.

Appearance: colorless transparent liquid 

pH value (1% aqueous solution): 3.0-5.0 

Density (20℃): ≥1.05g/cm3

The product can be provided with different specifications, parameters of customized packaging, labeling, logistics services according to user requirements.

4.Usage and Dosage

Cleaning process 

Pre-treatment: Flush the system with reverse osmosis water or demineralized water, check the status of the filter element 

Liquid preparation: Prepare cleaning solution according to the 10% dilution ratio, and heat it up to the temperature recommended by the membrane manufacturer (usually 30-40 ℃) 

Cyclic cleaning: Cycle the cleaning solution at the recommended flow rate for 30 minutes, or 30 minutes for heavy contamination. Cyclic cleaning: Cycle at recommended flow rate for 30 minutes, with section cleaning and replacement of cleaning solution for heavy contamination.

Concentration control 

Regular pollution: hydrochloric acid concentration of 0.4%-1.5% or citric acid 2%-3% 

Heavy fouling: can be mixed with oxalic acid (0.5%-1%) to enhance the cleaning effect

5.Packaging and Storage 

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection 

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel, wear correct safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and if contacted inadvertently, you need to wash immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water.
