I. Product Description

Active Ingredients: Probiotics and bio-enzymes as the core, through microbial metabolism to decompose the malodorous molecules in organic matter.

Principle of action:

Biodegradation: microorganisms convert malodorous substances (sulfide, amines) into CO₂, H₂O and harmless salts;

Competition inhibition: probiotic bacteria occupy the ecological niche, inhibit the propagation of putrefactive bacteria, and reduce the production of odor.

2.Application scene

Municipal sanitation

Garbage treatment: landfill leachate, ammonia removal rate of the transfer station dump ≥ 90%;

Sewage treatment: sludge dewatering between the concentration of hydrogen sulfide reduced by 85%-92%.

Industrial field

Farm: odor control of livestock manure fermentation area, with spraying system to achieve continuous odor suppression;

Food processing: decomposition of malodorous substances in slaughtering wastewater pools and raw material spoilage areas.

Special Scenarios

Pipeline unclogging: dissolution of organic putrefactive substances accumulated in septic tanks and sewers for a long time;

Emergency treatment: rapid deodorization of public toilets and garbage transport vehicles (10-30 minutes of effect).

3.Customized service

The product can provide different specifications, parameters of customized packaging, labeling, logistics services according to user requirements.

4.Usage and Dosage

Dosing

Direct spraying: diluted at 1:50-1:100, atomized to cover the surface of the source of odor;

system cycle: sewage treatment link dosing concentration of 50-200 ppm, compatible with the existing biochemical system.

Synergistic solution

Combined with plant deodorizers: spray SCQ Tech W406 to quickly adsorb odors, then add SCQ Tech S827 to achieve long-lasting decomposition;

Humidity control: Maintain environmental humidity ≥60% to promote microbial activity.

Precautions

Avoid mixing with strong oxidizing agents (e.g. sodium hypochlorite) to prevent microbial inactivation;

Extend the time of action or increase the concentration of dosage by 10%-20% when the temperature is low in winter.

5.Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drum, stored indoors (25℃) in a cool and ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel and wear safety protection equipment correctly, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contacted inadvertently, you need to wash immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water.
