SCQ Tech W901 is a polyether modified antifoam agent, specialized in inhibiting foam generation in industrial water treatment, chemical production and wastewater treatment, especially suitable for high viscosity, high temperature system foam control needs, both rapid defoaming and lasting foam inhibition performance.

3.Application Scenario

Chemical production: inhibit the foam accumulation of high-temperature chemical reaction in the reaction kettle and distillation tower;

Wastewater treatment: suitable for surfactant-containing wastewater aeration system to reduce the risk of foam overflow;

Paper and textile: control the foam generation in the processing of slurry, printing and dyeing process.

4.Usage and Dosage

Dosage: It is recommended to be continuously dosed by metering pump after dilution, the recommended concentration is 0.01%-0.1% (specifically adjusted according to the amount of foam in the system);

Compatibility verification: Before the first use, it is necessary to test the compatibility with other additives in the system (such as flocculants);

Storage taboos Keep away from strong oxidizing agents and acidic substances to prevent degradation and failure.

5.Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel, wear the correct safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., and avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., and if accidentally contacted, you need to immediately wash with a large amount of flowing clean water.
