Industrial wastewater mainly includes printing and dyeing wastewater, papermaking wastewater, chemical wastewater, beer, Baijiu wastewater, starch wastewater, oil-bearing wastewater, electronics, electroplating, coating wastewater, mining and mineral processing wastewater, coking gas wastewater, machining wastewater, food industry wastewater, etc. These not only cause pollution to the environment, but also harm our personal health. Human wisdom is infinite, and wherever there are problems, there will be solutions. The production of industrial wastewater treatment agents solves a series of problems. Let's take a look at the methods of using industrial wastewater treatment agents to treat wastewater, including:

1. Zinc element has weak alkalinity and weak acidity, and its hydroxide is insoluble in water. Moreover, zinc is also a zwitterionic element, making it an industrial water treatment chemical precipitation method.

2. The coagulation precipitation method refers to adding coagulants to zinc containing wastewater to form hydroxide flocs, which have a coagulation effect on zinc ions, but are carried out under weakly alkaline conditions with pH=8-10.

3. The sulfide precipitation method utilizes the strong affinity between S2+in Na2S and MgS under weakly alkaline conditions and heavy metal ions, generating sulfide precipitates with low solubility and removing them from the solution.

4. The ferrite method refers to ferrite, which is an oxide solid solution composed of iron ions and other metal ions.

5. The electrolysis method utilizes the electrochemical properties of metals. Under the action of direct current, zinc compounds dissociate into metal ions at the anode and are reduced to metals at the cathode, thereby removing zinc ions from wastewater. This method is an effective way to treat wastewater containing high concentrations of zinc, with high treatment efficiency and easy recycling. But the disadvantage of this method is that the concentration of zinc ions in water cannot be reduced very low. Therefore, electrolysis is not suitable for treating zinc containing wastewater with lower concentrations, and this method consumes a lot of electricity and has high investment costs.

6. The ion exchange method is carried out in an ion exchanger, which is accomplished using an ion exchanger.

7. Adsorption method is a method of using porous adsorbent materials to adsorb and treat zinc containing wastewater. Traditional adsorbents include activated carbon and sulfonated coal.

8. Biological treatment methods can be roughly divided into two categories based on their different principles: biological adsorption method and biological precipitation method.
