1.Product Description 

This is a broad-spectrum and highly efficient membrane scale inhibitor specially developed for seawater desalination and reclaimed water reuse reverse osmosis (RO) system. Practical use has proved that the problems of short cleaning time and clogging of seawater and water entering the reverse osmosis system have been completely solved. This product is an effective sulfate and iron oxide colloidal scale inhibitor. It can effectively control the scaling caused by sulfate, silicate, carbonate, carbonate, phosphate and iron oxide precipitation in the membrane separation device by utilizing a broad spectrum of water sources.

3.Customized service 

The product can be provided with different specifications, parameters of customized packaging, labeling, logistics services according to user requirements.

4.Usage and Dosage 

Typical injecting dosage is 5-10 mg/l, depending on the chemical properties of the water, the type of membrane and the operating parameters of the system (e.g., recovery rate, temperature and pressure). Dosing should be continuous. It is recommended that the stock solution be added directly at the highest frequency of the metering pump. Reverse osmosis can also be used to dilute water or desalination, dilution times should not exceed 10.

5. Packaging and Storage 

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection 

In the operation of the barrel should be carefully read the labeled precautions, correctly wear safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., should avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., such as accidental contact, need to be immediately washed with a large amount of flowing clean water.
