This product has strong penetrating ability to microbial cells , can decompose and destroy microbial cell tissues , and can kill and inhibit microorganisms such as bacteria , fungi , algae and other microorganisms in reverse osmosis equipment . Frequent use of the product can effectively control microbial contamination in the reverse osmosis system, especially in the surface water system.

4.Usage and Dosage

Reverse osmosis non-oxidizing biocide has two ways of use: a. On-line administration: every 10 ~ 15 days, 40-100ppm shock treatment for 30 minutes, gradually destroy the biofilm scale formed on the surface of RO membrane, and dislodge it with concentrated water. b . Off-line addition: stop the reverse osmosis system operation, using chemical cleaning method to configure the biocidal solution, and circulate the liquid for system treatment.

If the system is seriously contaminated, the system should be chemically cleaned, and then disinfected in accordance with the following steps: c. Add water to the cleaning pool, the preparation of biocide concentration of 100 to 5000 ppm; d. The cleaning solution PH value adjusted to 7 or less (citric acid or hydrochloric acid can extend the half-life of the RO150), the cycle for 45 minutes.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6. Safety Protection
