1. Product Description

SCQ Tech X026 is a compound corrosion and scale inhibitor specially designed for closed circulating water systems (such as central air-conditioning, closed boilers, hydraulic systems), which realizes the protection of equipment through the synergistic action of multiple mechanisms. Its core components include hydroxycarboxy sulfonic acid copolymer, phosphine carboxylic acid and high efficiency dispersant, which can not only inhibit the scaling of inorganic salts such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate, but also form a protective film to reduce the corrosion rate of the metal and prolong the service life of the equipment. It is suitable for closed environment with high water hardness and large temperature fluctuation.

2.Specification and Parameters

Appearance: colorless or amber transparent liquid;

pH value: ≥8.0;

Density (20℃): ≥1.05 g/cm³;

Solubility: soluble in water and organic solvents.

3.Customized service

The product can be customized according to user requirements, providing different specifications, parameters customized packaging, labeling, logistics services.

4.Usage and Dosage

Regular dosage: recommended dose of 20~50mg/L, the initial stage can be increased to 80~100mg/L to rapid film formation;

Water quality adjustment: high hardness (>300mg/L) or high chloride (>200mg/L) water quality should be increased by 10-10%. Water quality adjustment: high hardness (>300mg/L) or high chloride ion (>200mg/L) water quality need to increase the dosage of 10% to 20%;

dosing mode: can be continuously dosed by dosing pump or manually replenished intermittently, prioritize the injection of the pump suction port.

5.Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

In the operation of the barrel should be carefully read the notes labeled, the correct wear of safety equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., should be avoided with the skin, eyes, etc., such as inadvertent contact with a large number of flow of clean water need to be washed immediately.
