1. Product Description

Low toxicity solvent-free formula, soluble in mineral and synthetic oils, good compatibility with common metals such as copper and steel.

It is suitable for industrial scenarios such as thermal conductivity systems (e.g. heaters, pipelines), plating pre-treatment, printed circuit board cleaning, etc., to solve the problems of carbon deposits, resin deposits and slight oxidation.

Appearance and properties: colorless to slightly yellowish transparent liquid, no suspended particles.

This product can provide different specifications, parameters customized packaging, labeling, logistics services according to user requirements.

4.Usage and Dosage

Routine cleaning: Prepare cleaning solution at 15%-20% concentration, soak or circulate for 3-4 minutes, electrolytic treatment for 1-2 minutes to strengthen the effect.

Heavy dirt: increase the concentration to 20%-30%, extend the processing time to 5-10 minutes, with physical wiping or high-pressure rinsing.

Maintenance and prevention: Regularly add 50-100mg/L according to the amount of water in the system to inhibit the regeneration of dirt.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel and wear safety protection equipment correctly, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contacted inadvertently, wash immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water.
