1.Product Description

Active ingredients: hydroxycarboxy sulfonic acid copolymer, phosphine carboxylic acid composite formula, supplemented by corrosion inhibitors and additives, designed for calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and other stubborn scale.

Principle of action:

Chelation decomposition: decompose calcium and magnesium ions in the scale through chemical chelation to produce soluble salts;

Corrosion protection: corrosion inhibitor forms a protective film on the metal surface to prevent the corrosion of boiler inner wall during pickling.

2.Specifications and Parameters

Appearance: colorless to amber transparent liquid;

Density:  ≥ 1.01 g/cm³ (25 ℃);

PH: 3.0 ±2.0;

compatibility: suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and other materials of the boiler equipment;

Temperature range: used under the conditions under room temperature to 80 ℃.

3.Customized service

The product can be customized according to user requirements, providing different specifications, parameters, customized packaging, labeling, logistics services.

4.Usage and Dosage

Flushing stage: Empty the boiler of raw water, flush residual impurities;

Circulation descaling: Inject diluted solution, circulate 4-6 hours;

Neutralization and discharge: Neutralize the residual acidity with lye (such as sodium carbonate) and then discharge.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel and correctly wear safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contacted inadvertently, wash immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water.
