SCQ Tech G808 is a composite chemical cleaner designed for industrial boiler scale, through the synergistic effect of organic acids and corrosion inhibitors, it can quickly dissolve calcium carbonate, sulfate and silicate scale, and at the same time, protect the metal matrix from corrosion. The formula does not contain strong acid, suitable for low to medium-high pressure boiler systems, online cleaning can be realized without affecting the normal operation of the equipment.

4.Usage and Dosage

Dilution ratio:

Mild scaling (<3mm): 1:15-1:25 dilution and then cycle cleaning;

Heavy scaling (≥5mm): original immersion or 1:5 dilution and then pressurized rinsing.

Cleaning process:

Pre-rinse: empty the boiler residual water, remove loose impurities;

Main cleaning: injecting chemicals circulating for 4-8 hours (flow rate ≥ 0.5 m/s);

Neutralization and discharge: use sodium hydroxide to adjust the PH to 6-8 and then discharge the waste liquid.

Efficiency program:

High hardness water quality (total hardness > 300 mg / L) is recommended to be cleaned in stages and extend the cycle time;

With ultrasonic cleaning equipment can enhance the stubborn scale removal efficiency of more than 20%.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.
