Combine corrosion and scale inhibition functions, reduces the risk of pipeline and formation blockage due to scaling, and improves the efficiency of water injection. By chelating Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺ and other ions in water, it inhibits the crystallization process of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and other scales, and realizes lattice distortion and dispersion.

Maintain stable performance under high temperature and high salt conditions, and suitable for complex geological environment.

4.Usage and Dosage

Dosing concentration:

Regular conditions: 50-100 mg/L continuous dosing according to the amount of water refilled;

High scaling risk conditions (total hardness>2000 mg/L): increase to 150-200 mg/L and cooperate with pre-softening treatment.

Efficiency measures:

and unblocking agent can be used to remove the formed hard scale (thickness ≤ 5mm), descaling rate ≥ 90%;

regularly monitor the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in the water, and dynamically adjust the dosage (recommended online monitoring system calibration).

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel, wear correct safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., and avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., and if accidentally contacted, immediately wash with a large amount of flowing clean water.
