1. Product Description

SCQ Tech Y018 is a special corrosion inhibitor developed for hydrogenation equipment (such as hydrocracking and hydrofinishing), which can inhibit the corrosion of metal equipment through the dual action of neutralizing acidic media and adsorption film formation; it is suitable for highly corrosive oil and gas environments such as those containing sulfur and chlorine ions, which can prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce the maintenance cost.

4.Usage and Dosage

Dosage during film formation

Initial dosage is 2-3 times of normal dosage, continuously dosage for 10-15 days to strengthen the formation of corrosion inhibition film.

Regular dosage

Calculated according to the flow rate of extracted liquid from the system, 20-50 ppm is recommended;

The dosage is adjusted according to the pH value of the actual medium, and it is applicable to both acidic and alkaline environments.

Operation mode

Dilute the agent with water (demineralized water is recommended) to a concentration of 5-10% by means of a metering pump and inject it continuously into the process system.

Safety and packaging

Protection requirements: wear corrosion-resistant gloves and goggles during operation, avoid direct contact with the skin; in case of accidental contact, flush with water immediately.

5.Packing and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drum, stored in indoor (25℃) cool and ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

In the operation of the barrel should be carefully read the labeled precautions, correctly wear safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., should avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., such as inadvertent contact, need to be immediately washed with a large amount of flowing clean water.
