1.Product Description

SCQ Tech AC207 is a weak acidic compound descaler designed for air conditioning systems (including central air conditioning, cooling towers, heat exchangers, etc.). It effectively removes hard scale and rust deposited on the inner wall of the equipment by chelating the calcium and magnesium ions and dissolving the scale components (e.g., carbonate and sulfate), and also contains corrosion inhibitors to reduce the risk of corrosion on the metal material. Suitable for chilled water and cooling water circulating system, compatible with carbon steel, copper alloy and stainless steel.

The product can be provided with different specifications and parameters according to user requirements, customized packaging, labeling, logistics services.

4.Usage and Dosage

Pre-treatment cleaning (serious scaling system):

First add bactericide and algaecide to circulate for 12-24 hours to inactivate microorganisms;

Use SCQAC-206 diluted at 3-5% concentration to circulate and clean for 4-6 hours. Dilute with SCQAC-206 at 3-5% concentration and circulate for 4-6 hours, then empty the effluent.

Routine maintenance:

Chilled water system: add 0.5-3 ppm (0.5-3g per ton of water) according to the amount of circulating water;

Cooling water system: according to the water hardness adjustment to 3-5 ppm, high hardness (≥ 800 ppm), high hardness (≥ 800 ppm). Cooling water system: adjust to 3-5 ppm according to the hardness of water, and increase to 5-10 ppm when the hardness is high (≥800 mg/L);

Injected continuously by metering pump or diluted to 5%-10% solution and then injected periodically.

5. Packing and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drum, stored in a cool and ventilated place indoors (25℃), with a storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel, wear correct safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., and avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., and if accidentally contacted, immediately wash with a large amount of flowing clean water.
