I. Product Description

SCQ Tech U817 Alkaline cleaner for ultrafiltration system is a cleaner designed for organic contamination and bio-slime deposition on the surface of ultrafiltration membranes. It breaks down organic matter such as oils, fats, proteins, etc. through saponification and emulsification, restores the membrane flux and reduces the trans-membrane pressure difference, and it is suitable for the removal of membrane contamination in the scenarios of high organic loading, such as food processing wastewater, pharmaceutical separation, and so on.

3.Customized service

The product can be provided with different specifications and parameters of customized packaging, labeling, logistics services according to user requirements.

4.Usage and Dosage

Routine cleaning:

Dilute at 1%-2% concentration (RO water or deionized water is recommended), adjust pH to 11.0-12.0;

Cycle cleaning for 45-90 minutes, temperature control 35℃, and then clean the product. Cycle cleaning 45-90 minutes, temperature control at 35-40 ℃ to enhance the decomposition efficiency.

5. Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel and properly wear safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contacted inadvertently, you need to immediately wash with a large amount of flowing clean water.
