1.Product Description

It is yellow to dark brown resinous solid or liquid at room temperature, easily soluble in water, and the solution is acidic.

2.The scope of application:

Industrial wastewater (paper making, printing and dyeing, metallurgy) and municipal wastewater treatment.

Other industrial applications

Paper sizing: improve paper strength and water resistance;

Oil extraction: as viscosity increasing agent for oil field water injection.

3.Advantages:

The speed of flocculation is 1-3 times faster than that of traditional coagulants (such as aluminum sulfate);

Wide pH range, low corrosiveness to equipment.

4.Use specification and precautions

Dosing method:

Dissolving concentration: liquid PAC is directly dosed; solid need to be formulated into 5%-10% solution and then used;

Dosage: adjusted according to the turbidity of the water quality, the conventional dosage is 10-50 ppm (in terms of Al₂O₃).

Operation points:

Avoid using iron containers for dissolution to prevent iron ions from interfering with flocculation effect;

Dose separately from alkaline agents (e.g. lime) with an interval of ≥10 minutes.

Storage conditions:

Solid sealed storage in a cool and dry place, shelf life of 2 years;

Liquid anti-freezing and anti-exposure, shelf life of 6 months.
