High-efficiency antifoamer , milky white liquid, diluted with water in any proportion, high temperature resistance.
2.The role of the mechanism
Surface tension destruction: silicone oil to reduce the surface tension of the liquid film, prompting the rupture of the foam;
Dispersion penetration: silica synergistically enhance the dispersion of antifoam agent in the foam interface, the rapid elimination of micro-bubbles.

5. Usage and Dosage
Dosing method:
Direct dilution: add into the foaming system after pre-dilution according to the ratio of 1:20-1:50;
Dynamic replenishment: in the continuous production scenario, through the metering pump according to the continuous dosing of 0.1-0.5 L/h.
Suggestions:
High viscosity systems need to be matched with wetting agents (such as polyether modified siloxane) to improve dispersion;
Preferred emulsion-type formulations in high temperature environments to avoid high temperature precipitation of silicone oil.
6.Safety and Storage
Storage conditions: sealed from light, 5-25 ℃ stored in a cool place (avoid freezing or high temperature exposure);
Shelf life: unopened state of 18 months, recommended to be used up within 6 months after opened.
