1.Product Description

This product is a chemical designed for industrial boiler water system, which can effectively inhibit oxygen corrosion and oxidative deposits by rapidly chelating dissolved oxygen and forming metal passivation film, to ensure the safe operation of boiler system and prolong the life of equipment. It is suitable for steam boiler, hot water boiler and closed circulating water system.

3.Customized service

The product can be provided with different specifications, parameters customized packaging, labeling, logistics services according to user requirements.

4.Usage and Dosage

Dosing method:

Low-pressure boiler: without deaerator, directly dosed according to the make-up water volume of 25-30 g/ton of water;

Medium and high-pressure boiler: with deaerator system can be dynamically added 0.1-0.5 g/ton of water, through the metering pump precision control.

Operation procedure:

Adjust the dosing pump parameters according to the make-up water flow, inject continuously from the inlet of feed water pump or the outlet of deoxidizer tank;

High salinity water quality (TDS>500 mg/L) is recommended to be pre-softened to enhance the deoxidizing efficiency.

5.Packaging and Storage

25kg polyethylene special plastic drums, stored indoors (25 ℃) in a cool ventilated place, storage period of 12 months.

6.Safety Protection

When operating, you should carefully read the precautions labeled on the barrel, wear correct safety protection equipment, including rubber gloves and goggles, etc., and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and if contacted inadvertently, wash immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water.
